Finished! We trimed the the left edge of the aluminum first with shears and then with with a flush cutting router bit (slowed the router way down to keep the aluminum from melting.) after installing the right edge trim. Then we installed the bottom trim. Viewed: 342 times.

I don't remember why I had to grease the axels before the fenders were installed? The trailer did not have any miles on it. Viewed: 331 times.
